To manage hair loss, I eat a big serving of All Black Kkamang Sunshik, a black grain porridge, daily. My hair isn't falling out severely, but I felt I should take care of it. I like misutgaru (grain powder) and eat it often, but by chance, I found this Kkamang Sunshik that contains black grains and black beans, which are good for hair loss management. So, since I'm eating it anyway, I decided to do so healthily while managing hair loss. Adding honey to milk makes it even tastier. I really recommend it!
