A three-month review of alopecia areata treatment.

One day, alopecia areata came to me... There are no medications or ointments for treating alopecia areata; instead, treatment involved steroid injections every two weeks and exposing the scalp to infrared light or similar treatments. That is how my alopecia areata treatment began.
