    제가 다니는 병원이 여성전용이다보니, 유방암환자분들이 많으신데요...
    그분들은 여성호르몬을 억제하는 호르몬제를 먹다보니... 갱년기가 빨리오거든요..
    그리고.. 약을 계속 먹어야하니 남들보다 갱년기를 길게 가져가는 분들도 많아요..
    정말 40대 이제 막 접어든 사람도 더웠다, 추웠다를 반복하니 힘들어하고,
    밤에 잠도 잘 못자고, 갱년기 우울증상도 오고 힘들어 하는 분들 많으세요.. 
    그런데 많은 분들을 보면서 느낀건.. 힘들다 힘들다 하면 마음까지 힘들어 더 그런거 같아요.
    올려주신 것처럼 갱년기를 좀 완화시켜주는 식품들도 챙겨 먹으면서,
    조금 더 긍정적으로 이겨내고, 일부러 더 웃고 더 사람 만나고 하시는 분들이 확실히 잘 버티시더라구요..  올테면 오라지~ 이런 마음으로 받아들이면 좀 낫지 않을까요? ^^;

    갱년기 증상은 사람 마다 다르게 나타나니 미리 겁먹으실 필요없지 않을까요!  가볍게 지나갈수도 있잖아요.

    요즘 우스갯 소리로 사춘기 보다 더 무서운게 오춘기(갱년기)라 던데요 ㅎ
    흔히 격는 갱년기 증상 때문에 어떤분은 이러다가 내가 죽는거 아닐까? 라는 공포심이 들만큼 심하게 겪는 분들도 있어요. 
    저같은  경우는 열이 확 올랐다 식는 증상 있었는데 지금은 많이 덜해졌어요.
    걷기 운동이 참 좋은것 같더라구요. 많이 힘드시면 약 드시는게 좋구요 육체적 관리도 잘해야 되지만 심리적 안정도 중요한것 같아요. 
    미리 너무 걱정 마시고 상황에 따라 적절한 처치를 하시면 될듯 해요

    모든 증상이 그렇듯 사람마다 다른 것 같아요. 저희 부모님은 그렇게 내색 안 하셨어요. 본인은 힘들었지만 자식이라 내색 안 하신 걸 수도 있어요. 별달리 챙겨 드신 것도 없으셨어요. 너무 걱정마세요.
