걱정 되시겠어요. 다이어트 할 때도 어느 정도의 탄수화물은 필요하다고 하더라구요. 에너지원이 있어야 한대요. 저는 다이어트 할 때는 점심만은 일반식을 먹는데 건강에 무리는 되지 않는듯 해요.

It has been three months since I started dieting, and I am entering the fourth month.
I had my period safely during the first month as scheduled. However, starting from the next month, I haven't had my period. It's not a very strict diet, so I'm wondering if it's because I'm not consuming enough carbohydrates. I've always been regular until now, but I'm worried that if this continues, I might go through menopause.
How can I start again?
