I've been living with vaginitis since I was young.

Women are more prone to catching illnesses like the common cold.

Vaginitis, if it worsens, can lead to cystitis and pelvic inflammatory disease, so it must be well managed.

 

If the bacteria spread to the uterus, it can cause pelvic inflammatory disease.

This is because bacteria spread to the endometrium, abdominal cavity, and fallopian tubes, causing inflammation, so it must be managed carefully!!!!

 

If you get vaginitis and go to the gynecology department to get medication, it will heal quickly.

In my case, since I get sick often, prevention is even more important!!

1. Taking probiotic yogurt regularly

I think taking probiotic vaginal bacteria regularly is very important for prevention.

I took Jarrow vaginal probiotics, but even if it's not Jarrow, please make sure to take vaginal probiotics.

 1) Check storage method and packaging condition

 

Since you consume live microorganisms, the storage and packaging conditions of the product are important!

They say capsule form is better than pill form.

 

2) Choose the one with a high probiotic content
