Incheon Bupyeong-gu Pediatrics Clinic, Yonsei Hilltech Pediatrics and Adolescents Clinic, Visit Review

My nephew had a cold, so I visited the Yonsei Hilltech Pediatrics and Adolescent Clinic in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon. He had a runny nose, a worsening cough, and a slight fever, so I was worried and went in early in the morning... I trusted the clinic because I'd been there before, and as expected, the friendly and systematic care put my mind at ease.

As soon as I entered the hospital, the staff greeted me first and quickly helped me check in.

As soon as we entered the examination room, the doctor greeted my nephew by calling his name first and being friendly. He spoke slowly to make sure my child wouldn't be nervous, and he continued to explain things during the examination, which made me feel very reassured.

He listened carefully to my cough and meticulously checked my breathing with a stethoscope. Fortunately, it wasn't a serious illness like bronchitis, but rather a simple cold. However, since my child was very uncomfortable, he prescribed medication to alleviate the symptoms.

The pharmacy is connected to the hospital, so I was able to get the medication right away, and the pharmacist kindly gave me instructions on how to take it.

As a parent who took my child in with a cold, I'm truly grateful. I think I'll trust you and come back again whenever my child is sick. Haha.
