On June 15, 2021, I had a diabetes test at Bareun Internal Medicine Hospital, and my blood sugar level was over 350, with a blood glucose A1c of 10.4. I was diagnosed with diabetes three years ago and have been managing it consistently through diet, exercise, and sufficient sleep.

I am consistently managing my condition without diabetes medication.

It seems important to sleep and wake up on time without getting stressed.

 

Date: September 4, 2024 (Wednesday)

10:34 AM Weather: Clear

 

Blood sugar measurement: On the 9th at 7:45 PM, after dinner, I went to sleep around 11 PM.

 

And I woke up at 5:50 a.m. and started my daily routine.

I walked 15,000 steps yesterday.

This morning at 10:34 AM, after meals, my blood sugar level was slightly lower. The reading was 105.

 

The diet to lower diabetes involves not eating anything after 10 PM every night.

In the morning, kimchi stew, and for lunch, a simple meal.

Control blood sugar levels by walking as much as possible.

 

 

I continued walking while reading the Bible from Genesis 6 to Genesis 10, and I also memorized and recited Revelation chapters 20 to 21. I incorporated daily prayer, meditation, and sending Bible verses into my daily routine along with the Word.

Breakfast menu

1. Eggplant salad

2. Seasoned bean sprouts

3. Napa cabbage kimchi

4. Cucumber Chonga

5. Cucumber Salad

6. White rice mixed grains rice

 

I am overcoming diabetes through moderate diet control and walking more than 15,000 steps a day. Additionally, by keeping a blood sugar diary, I have consistently maintained blood sugar levels around 105, regularly monitoring and managing to prevent diabetes.
