The biggest problem is that it's not fun.

 

How can a person only eat clean, angelic food?

 

Sometimes I eat dirty, devilish, and perverted foods.

 

I think that living is beneficial for health.

 

Let's not be afraid to dip the rice cake tteokbokki and seaweed rolls in the fried fish cake.

 

Let's not be afraid to eat chicken with beer.

 

Let's not be afraid to drink a refreshing cola.

 

Life is what you make of it; just enjoy yourself while dieting.

 

Let's eat a little bit at a time.

 

Are you dieting through exercise?

 

This is also not easy at all.

 

If you rush in without studying, you'll only get injured.

 

My appetite has only improved, so I am gaining more weight.

 

A person weighing 60kg should try to complete a marathon of 42.195km.

 

Only 112.5 grams of fat are reduced.

 

The rest is all moisture.

 

To lose 1kg (1000g) of weight

 

1000g × 8kcal = 8000kcal

 

The distance a person weighing 60kg needs to cover to burn 8,000 kcal

 

8000 kcal ÷ 60 kg = 133.3 km

 

You need to run 10 km three times a week.

 

Balancing work and family life is never easy.

 

To lose 1 kilogram of fat, you need to fast for nearly 4 days.

 

This is the calorie.

 

It's not easy at all.

 

In that regard, diet should be the first priority.

 

I will share the most basic things based on my experience.

 

 

1. Determine your basic maintenance calorie intake (total calories).

 

The recommended daily calorie intake for men is around 2,500 kcal.

 

The recommended daily calorie intake for women is around 2,100 kcal.

 

My maintenance calories fluctuate by about ±500.

 

Do not calculate calories for each food item.

 

I can't do it because I have a headache.

 

Please be aware of a rough ratio of 5:3:2 for the main nutrients.

 

4. Set the medication during the IV drip.

 

According to your environment

 

I set the intensity as strong, medium, or weak within plus or minus 500 of my total maintenance calories.

 

Example

 

Morning: strong, Lunch: medium, Dinner: weak

 

Eat a good breakfast. Have a moderate lunch. Keep dinner simple.

 

Morning: medicine, Lunch: moderate, Dinner: strong

 

Breakfast simply. Lunch moderately. Dinner generously styled.

 

Set your workplace and working hours according to your family environment.

 

5. Unexpected Situation

 

When consuming lunch or dinner through social activities (company dinners, gatherings)

 

In such cases, the next morning becomes the medicine.

 

Example

 

The basic maintenance calorie intake is 2,800 calories.

 

If you consumed 3,700 calories during a company dinner or gathering

 

+ 800 calories burned

 

It can be subtracted from the basic maintenance calories over 2-3 days.

 

In other words, the day after overeating, you divide and reduce the amount you eat.

 

Dynamically restrict the basic maintenance calories.

 

It may seem complicated.

 

How much my body has eaten after doing it several times

 

You can determine whether you can endure the time and physical labor intensity.

 

Just as each car has different fuel efficiency,

 

People also have different fuel efficiencies.

 

Even a Benz is just a pile of scrap without fuel.

 

If you put 500 km worth of fuel for a round-trip distance of 70 km

 

The fuel efficiency is just not good.

 

Knowing my body's fuel efficiency is key to successful dieting and health.

 

It's the shortcut to catching two rabbits at once.
