However, perhaps because my willpower was weak, I also stopped exercising.
Since I don't follow a diet, my weight quickly returns to its original level.
I have come back.
Now that I'm older, I want to live healthily for the rest of my life.
You need to diet to prevent other diseases caused by overweight.
I thought I could prevent it.
So, since April of last year, I have to go on a diet.
I lived with that phrase.
But again, failure~
Still, I lost about 3 kilograms.
I started my diet in earnest from April this year.
I have almost stopped eating flour-based foods that I liked.
And I hardly eat out, where sweet and salty flavors dominate.
Did not do it.
Fresh vegetables, fruits with low sugar content, oatmeal
I replaced meals with that.
Feed about half a bowl of rice.
And I hardly touched the alcohol I occasionally drank.
And I really dislike exercising, so I don't even try.
Instead, I consistently walked more than ten thousand steps a day.
There wasn't a single day I missed.
It has been about three months, and I am currently losing about 4 kg.
I have never taken diet supplements before, and I never will in the future.
I will not eat it.

I want to find a way to walk steadily without difficulty.
I plan to achieve the target.
