가벼운 두통에는 걷기도 좋을듯하네요
My personal headache relief tip - Walking in the forest trail
When I get stressed from being pushed around at work and at home, I get a pounding migraine. I never thought I would walk since I absolutely hate exercising. But walking in a nearby mountain or park, looking at trees and grass, and walking mindlessly makes my migraines disappear and my mood improve. Over a year ago, I started taking weekend trips to forests full of phytoncides. I used to hate hiking, but since I started walking, I have naturally lost weight and gained a lot of mental health benefits. Even when climbing uphill is tough, walking along forest paths filled with trees, unknown flowers, and grasses makes me feel at ease. I recommend forest walking for headaches caused by stress.
