Even after eating a hearty meal, I crave something sweet when I drink coffee, so I habitually ate bread, cake, or cookies, and I gained about 2kg. I resisted dessert after meals yesterday and today, but it's tough. I'm afraid of habits, so not eating sweet things makes me feel empty inside, which isn't easy, but I plan to endure it for now. I'm trying to overcome it.
