I started walking three years ago and have been walking about ten thousand steps almost every day, but recently I started running.
I used to be so jealous of people who run while walking, but it's been less than two months, and as I see myself improving little by little, I'm discovering a new joy in running.
I used to be unable to run even 100-200 meters at first, but now I sometimes run 3 kilometers without stopping, and my records have improved a lot.
If you complete the 3-kilometer race, at the very end, I really jump like Kim Heung-guk's Tiger Butterfly dance, but I also hesitate right away.
I want to gradually increase the distance, but first I need to build enough stamina to comfortably run 3 kilometers, and then I think I should start increasing the distance.
