Fish that is high in protein and rich in omega-3 fatty acids helps with weight loss and improves vascular health compared to red meat. Adding garlic when cooking fish suppresses the increase of bad LDL cholesterol and boosts immunity. Eliminating the fishy smell is a bonus!

Tomatoes are rich in lycopene and are considered a representative longevity food, while broccoli is also abundant in dietary fiber and vitamins, promoting waste elimination and blood circulation, thereby providing antioxidant effects.
