Are you from Pohang?

Grown in Pohang, Gyeongsangbuk-do, it is smaller than regular spinach with longer roots.

It is said to be firm, reddish in color, and to have excellent sweetness and aroma.

 

So, during this season, I mostly make kimbap with Pohancho.

Spinach is only grown from October to March, so if it's not during that time, it's hard to eat it properly.

 

Today, I bought the first grade of Pohang Elementary School.

I bought five pieces of kimbap, so maybe that's why the kimbap is different than usual.

It is filled with spinach.

 

The texture is also nice~~

 

Eat Pohangcho, which has a perfect efficacy score.

1. Benefits of spinach
