    제가 다른것보다 올해 들어서 호두랑 아몬드를 주로 먹었는데요. 호두가 올해 상품들이 다양하고 싸게 나와서 호두를 주로 먹었어요. 등산을 좋아하는데 전에는 무릎이나 발목쪽에 조금씩 부담감이 있었는데 점점 좋아지더니 지금은 아무렇지도 않게 다니고 있어요. 주변사람들이 이제 산도 잘탄다고 칭찬도 해주시더라구요. 호두가 관절에 좋은건 맞는거 같아요.
