Polyunsaturated fatty acids are divided into two types: omega-6 fatty acids and omega-3 fatty acids. They reduce triglyceride levels in the blood and decrease the tendency of blood to clot, thereby lowering the risk of heart disease. They also have effects such as improving blood circulation and anti-inflammatory properties. Foods rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids include not only eggs but also walnuts, salmon, and tuna.

    식초에 껍질째 담그면 계란 껍질이 녹은게 초란인 줄 알고있는데요

      영양부도 가득이고 생각보다 아주 작아요
      그래서 들기름하고 넣어서 먹으면 참 좋더라구요
