On the 15th, a video titled "Gummy Adjustment Seat... What is Yewon's Talent that Dr. Oh Eun-young Praised? [Oh Eun-young's Bucket List]" was posted on the YouTube channel 'Oh Eun-young's Bucket List'. In the video, Oh Eun-young asked singer Gummy, "How much did your daughter Yewon weigh during pregnancy?" Gummy replied, "I gained 15kg," and added, "After giving birth, I really only lost the baby's weight." When asked if her sister was thin, Gummy said, "I was thin when I was young," and Oh Eun-young responded, "I was thin when I was a child," then added, "But I started gaining weight after opening my clinic." She continued, "I didn't eat when I was working," and revealed, "Instead, I binge ate at night." Her binge menu consisted of "not rice, but fruit." In the past, Oh Eun-young also said, "I was slim before the show, but I gained 30kg," and "When I went home after work at midnight, I ate fruit." She further explained, "After quitting night-time fruit, I lost 21kg," and added, "Once I stopped eating fruit at night, I lost weight, and instead, I ate vegetables."

 

Fruits surprisingly contain a lot of sugar. Excessive sugar intake raises blood glucose levels in the body and affects insulin hormone secretion. When insulin is secreted in large amounts, it stimulates the division and growth of cancer cells. Additionally, consuming more than the recommended daily amount of sugars can convert into fat cells and accumulate in the body, increasing the risk of obesity and hyperlipidemia. It is important to avoid excessive sugar intake and to consume fruits in moderation to obtain their beneficial nutrients. The Korean Nutrition Society recommends that adult men consume fruit three times a day. The portion size should be 100g per serving, with a total intake of 300g per day.

 

It is best to eat fruit either one hour before a meal or three to four hours after a meal. Eating fruit one hour before a meal increases the absorption rate of nutrients. Additionally, it can help reduce the amount of food consumed due to a feeling of fullness, aiding in weight loss. It is also acceptable to consume fruit three to four hours after a meal, when blood sugar levels have returned to pre-meal levels and the pancreas is not under stress to secrete insulin again. When digestion is underway and you start to feel hungry, it is suitable to have fruit as a snack.

Sometimes I eat fruit after meals, but it turns out I shouldn't do thatㅠㅠ I was told to eat it 3 to 4 hours after a meal... On days when I eat late, I think I should just avoid eating fruit.

      그러니깐요.ㅠㅠ 저는 주로 저녁에 귤까먹고 그러는데 
      이제는 늦은 저녁에는 피해야 겠어요.

    과일도 당이 많기 때문에 다이어트 할 때 피해야 할 음식이죠~~
    저는 과일은 좋아하질 않아서 잘 안먹지만 또 아예 안먹는 것도 좋진 않은데 말이죠.

      맞아요. 당이 많은 과일은 많이 섭취하는것도 안좋긴 하지요. 
      저도 과일을 많이 먹지는 않지만 먹는다면 당이 많지 않은걸로 먹긴해요.

      과일도 어떤과일을 먹느냐에 따라 다르긴하더라구요. 근데 당도들이 있어서 조절해서 먹고 해야겠어요.
