Kicking with the tip of the foot also directs all your nerves to the toes, helping to organize your thoughts.

When you have many thoughts, blood tends to flow more to the head, but by doing toe touches, blood is directed downward, helping to maintain the body's balance.

 

As body temperature rises, immunity increases, and when body temperature drops, immunity decreases, making it easier for colds and various diseases to occur. Healthy people do not feel pain when touching their feet; instead, they feel a tingling sensation.

 

It is said that doing this before sleeping helps promote restful sleep, and it is also good to do when your liver is not in good condition, when your legs feel numb, or when your mind is unsettled.

 

It would be good for people who have poor blood circulation or knee problems and find it difficult to walk or do stair exercises. Since they are elderly, it would be especially beneficial if their parents do it for them. It would be nice to try activities like toe touches.
