Why is my blood sugar high even when I am fasting?

Lack of sleep
While sleeping, glucose is produced, and it takes a long time for this glucose to be absorbed into the body.
To manage fasting blood sugar levels, it is advisable to have regular meals and a balanced diet, avoid high-fat and high-cholesterol foods, and prefer complex carbohydrates that take longer to digest over simple sugars. Additionally, maintaining consistent exercise is beneficial.
