Migraines make everyday life very difficult.
Those suffering from migraines will understand...
How difficult and painful migraines are in daily life.
I want to talk about my daily life that has been difficult and still is difficult due to migraines.
I often had headaches, so I just thought it was a regular headache.
I didn't even know what a migraine was, and I just thought that when I had a headache, it was simply a headache.
Whenever I experienced stress or something that worried me, I would always get a headache. It wasn't a pain all over my head, but a sharp, stabbing pain that felt like pressure on one side, as if my nerves were being pressed. The pain was so severe that I felt like my head was going to burst, and I had to take headache medication.
I never thought about visiting the hospital, and every time I had a headache, I would just take headache medicine and repeat until it got better, but eventually I visited the hospital because of unbearable migraine pain.
I went to neurology, underwent tests, and ultimately received the diagnosis of migraine.
I also had issues with my blood vessels, but it's been a long time since I visited the hospital... haha
They told me to only take the medication when I am in severe pain.
Since then, I only took medication when the pain was really unbearable, and for a while, I was okay!
Since I didn't have a headache, I really felt like I could live.
When the headache is severe, my gums also hurt, and it feels like all my nerves are hurting, so it was really very difficult.
I was okay for a while after taking medication, but recently, as I get involved in stressful situations again, the migraines have returned, so I think I need to visit the hospital again...
The pain from migraines is something only those who have experienced it can understand.
It's not like my pain is obvious, but I'm the only one suffering...
I need to go back to the hospital and get my medication.
I should try to reduce stressful activities, get good sleep, exercise regularly, and also work on reducing migraines instead of relying on medication!
