I usually have migraines, especially when I am stressed or anxious.

I think I tend to get migraines when I concentrate intensely or do focused work.

I'm not sure if migraines are hereditary, but my mother also has severe migraines, so I always go to the hospital.

I do not take prescribed medication, but I take over-the-counter headache medicine purchased at the pharmacy.

If I have a really bad headache, I take common pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen that I get from the pharmacy. However, I shouldn't take this on an empty stomach, and I need to be careful not to overdose.

 

If your head continues to hurt, I also recommend getting a check-up at the hospital.

 

And I think the important thing is the regularity of daily life.

Regular sleep, balanced meals, and regular exercise, etc.

    가벼운 편두통에는 휴식이 제일인 것 같아요 ㅎ 스트레스도 줄이고 혈액순환도 정상화 시키구요
