Can I drink dandelion tea instead of water?
Is the roasted barley tea I enjoy drinking these days similar to the roasted barley tea that can be consumed instead of water?
Having a cup in the morning, and another at lunch... It's a tea I've been enjoying recently.
I wondered if it would be okay to consume this frequently.

Can I drink dandelion tea as a substitute for water?
Since it contains caffeine, it is not suitable as drinking water.
The recommended amount is about 2-3 cups per day, so instead of drinking it as a substitute for water, it is recommended to enjoy it as a post-meal tea.

I even gave it to the child to try... but it didn't work... ๐ฅ

Dandelion tea is said to contain a lot of potassium.
An appropriate amount of potassium helps to excrete sodium, but consuming too much can cause a deficiency of sodium.
Only up to three times a day!!
