     가공식품은 몸에 안좋은걸 알면서 
     끝기가 어려운것 같아요
     조금씩 줄이는 노력도 필요한것 같아요

    가공식품이 몸에 안좋은 건 알지만 아예 안 먹을 수가 없더라고요. 특히 제가 스펨을 너무 좋아해서 주말에 스펨이랑 흰쌀밥 먹는 걸 너무 좋아하는데 자제하고 되겠어 요.
