Peanuts are a common snack. They can be roasted and mixed with anchovies as a side dish, or made into peanut rice or porridge, a healthy meal for patients. Steaming or boiling peanuts allows the body to absorb more nutrients. For peanut rice, using whole grains is even healthier. Let's take a closer look at peanuts.

    얼마전에 아는 이모가  땅콩죽을 해드신다더라구요. 너무 신기해서 그게 뭐냐했더니, 잣죽같은 거라고 하셨어요. 그저 땅콩을 갈거나 잘게해서 쌀이랑 끓인 죽이라고. 근데 엄청 고소하고 맛나다고 하셨는데.ㅎㅎ 땅콩밥 글을 보게 되네요.ㅎ
