One of the common snacks is peanuts. They are roasted and added to anchovies as a side dish, and can also be made into peanut rice or porridge to serve as a health meal for patients. According to the National Standard Food Composition Table, 100g of peanuts contains as much as 25.74g of protein, which contributes to muscle maintenance. Compared to 100g of chicken breast with 23g of protein, this is a significantly larger amount. It also contains 33.08g of unsaturated fatty acids that reduce neutral fats and cholesterol in the blood, and 13.4g of total dietary fiber. All of these help to keep the blood clear and prevent vascular diseases such as arteriosclerosis, heart disease, and stroke that increase with age.

High-calorie burden... Consume about 20 at a time, avoid overeating

 

Peanuts are a high-protein healthy food, but their high calorie content can be a concern. 100g of peanuts contains about 520 kcal. This is higher than the calorie content of a bowl of rice (about 300 kcal for 210g). 100g of peanuts is roughly equivalent to about 140 pieces. If you are considering weight control, it is better to eat about 20-25 pieces at a time. The problem is that snacking on them can lead to overeating. It is also advisable not to consume large amounts of other nuts like walnuts.

Peanuts can cause allergies in some people. If you experience swelling of the skin or difficulty breathing, you should avoid peanuts. When making peanut rice, it is good to mix in some grains. Both white rice and peanuts are high in calories and carbohydrates. Eating peanuts and squid together when drinking alcohol can help break down alcohol due to the taurine content, reducing hangovers. Do not overeat peanuts. For peanuts to be a healthy snack, they must be eaten in moderation.

    얼마전에 아는 이모가  땅콩죽을 해드신다더라구요. 너무 신기해서 그게 뭐냐했더니, 잣죽같은 거라고 하셨어요. 그저 땅콩을 갈거나 잘게해서 쌀이랑 끓인 죽이라고. 근데 엄청 고소하고 맛나다고 하셨는데.ㅎㅎ 땅콩밥 글을 보게 되네요.ㅎ
