Tea that is good to drink instead of coffee... Licorice for fatigue, and what for skin aging prevention?

How about trying tea instead of coffee? The herbs used to brew healthy tea contain various ingredients that boost immunity. Using herbs to alleviate and prevent symptoms of various illnesses is called 'tea therapy.'

By practicing tea therapy, various medicinal plants are brewed in water and consumed regularly, which can help prevent or alleviate illnesses. Although the health benefits are not greater than directly consuming the plants, it offers the advantage of easily utilizing plants that are difficult to eat or have complicated preparation processes.

◇For fatigue relief, licorice; for cold prevention, rosehip

Tea therapy is most effective when you properly understand the medicinal effects of herbs. In the pristine region of New Zealand, the 'Green Medicine Association,' composed of doctors and botanists, uncovers the active ingredients of plants and their effects on the human body. The association has identified over 400 types of plants that are definitively beneficial for health.

If you frequently experience hangovers from frequent drinking, Dendlerian (a type of dandelion) tea is good for improving liver function. Dendlerian has a scent and taste similar to coffee, making it a popular alternative to coffee as a beverage.

If you are experiencing severe fatigue, you can drink licorice (liquorice) tea or Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus) tea. Licorice helps relieve stress, while Siberian ginseng has detoxifying effects and helps alleviate muscle fatigue.

If you are prone to catching colds, rosehip tea rich in vitamin C is good. Chamomile, peppermint, tangerine peel, and ginger are also good teas for cold prevention.

If you're worried about skin aging, you can drink hibiscus tea. Hibiscus has the effect of suppressing the production of reactive oxygen species.

For those experiencing feelings of depression, Saint John's Wort tea can be helpful. It contains a component called 'Hypericin' that strengthens nerve tissue and is said to have a calming effect on the mind and body. If you have trouble sleeping due to depression, lavender tea is a good choice.

You need to drink three times a day, dividing it into small portions.

It is appropriate to drink about one mug of tea per day.

Drinking too much tea at once can stimulate the stomach due to certain components.

It is good to drink in small amounts during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you consistently drink one type of tea for about three months, you will be able to feel the effects.

Pregnant women should avoid teas that involve female hormone secretion, such as sage and rosemary.

Hypertensive patients should avoid drinking rosemary tea, and those taking blood thinners should not drink ginkgo leaf tea.

==============

For fatigue, use licorice or Schisandra chinensis.

It's also good for liver health~

Drinking a lot is actually worse.

It seems like a perfect size for a one-glass mug.
