He explained, "Right now, I'm drinking 'Aesabi' (Apple Cider Vinegar), and I heard that the microbes in our gut like it. I feel really good inside when I drink it. Also, when I eat vinegar, the sour taste makes me feel less hungry."

Furthermore, consuming dietary fibers that provide a high sense of fullness can also help reduce the intake of proteins and carbohydrates afterward. However, even foods high in dietary fiber such as kimchi and pickles contain high levels of salt, so choosing foods with lower salinity like salads or seasoned vegetables can significantly enhance weight loss effects.
