It seems like we are constantly talking about stress in our lives.
Today, I was really under a lot of stress.
I'm so stressed out because of work that I feel like I might die.
But, besides this kind of stress... there were days when I truly felt like my head was going to explode and I felt mentally exhausted.
Are you not there??
I also once experienced such severe stress that it caused alopecia areata.
You can imagine how much stress I was under, right?
On days when stress is overwhelming, they say it's important to practice meditation that helps you reflect on yourself.
Various benefits such as stress reduction
Regular meditation is said to change the structure and function of the brain, enhancing emotional stability and improving concentration.
Especially, having posts related to freeing the mind from a strict mindset can seriously help relieve stress, and a few minutes of daily meditation can lower heart rate and blood pressure. In fact, it conveys positive messages to various types of people.
Focus on your breathing in a comfortable position.
It's a way of meditating: focusing on yourself, closing your eyes in the most comfortable position, and doing it in a quiet space without external stimuli. And wearing comfortable clothes too. If your clothes are tight or uncomfortable, you won't be able to concentrate, right?
Meditation is a good practice to start with for as short as 5 minutes and gradually increase.
Living with a consistently peaceful mind is difficult. And living without stress is also challenging.
So, I think we need more meditation and mindfulness.
