How much protein should I eat in a day?

 


As far as I know, I heard that you should consume roughly the same number of grams as your body weight.
If you weigh 50kg, you should take 50g.
But then I looked up how much a gram is in terms of food.

 

From what I overheard, I was told that you should eat only as much meat as fits in the palm of your hand.
It seems that was the size of the fish and meat.
