Vitamins B and C are also water-soluble vitamins that are best taken in the morning. ◇Calcium and Garcinia Cambogia before and after dinner

Calcium also has a calming effect on muscles and nerves, so taking it in the evening can help promote a good night's sleep. Furthermore, it's best taken after dinner, as it's absorbed better when combined with stomach acid secreted after a meal.

 

Garcinia cambogia is best taken 30 minutes to 1 hour before dinner. Garcinia cambogia inhibits the enzyme that converts carbohydrates into fat, reducing weight and body fat. Taking it before dinner ensures it reaches the intestines first, effectively preventing food from being converted to fat.
