    제가 글도 올렸었는데, 하루 권장 300g 넘지 말라고 하더라고요
    병아리콩에는 옥살산이라는 성분이 들어 있는데 옥살산은 칼슘과 결합해 체내의 칼슘 흡수를 방해하며 결석을 유발하는 수산칼슘 형태로 신장에 쌓여 신장결석을 일으킬 수 있다고 하니
