These days, food prices have risen a lot. When cooking, green onions are essential~ If you buy a bunch, many people end up throwing them away because they don't store them properly. Here's how to store them well for a long time without wasting: after trimming and washing the green onions, dry them and cut them into convenient sizes. Then, put about two-thirds of them into a zipper bag, add 2-3 drops of cooking oil, shake well, and store in the freezer. This coats the green onions so they don't stick together and makes them easy to use. Alternatively, you can do the same in a PET bottle instead of a zipper bag for convenience.
