An essential item in my diet
Introducing diet brownies.
Materials — 100% Kakao Mass, Allulose, Eggs
Mold, aluminum foil, air fryer
- 1. Add 3 tablespoons of Kakao Mas and 4 tablespoons of Allulose, then microwave for 3 minutes. (If you prefer it sweeter, use 5 tablespoons of Allulose.)
2. Add one egg to step 1 and mix.
If the eggs are cold, put them in warm water to bring out the chill.
(Being more generous seems to make things smoother.)
3. Cut the aluminum foil and fill it into the mold, then place 2 inside.
It swells.
Put 4.3 into the air fryer and cook at 160°C for 5 minutes. (Before putting it in the oven, tap the bottom to release any bubbles.)
5. Take the brownies out of the mold, refrigerate for about 2 hours to cool, then cut and put them in a container. When you want to eat, enjoy!
