Since the end of June, I couldn't purchase coupons due to an error, and it kept happening. Then, my account was suspended for suspected misuse, so I couldn't even use a few tens of thousands of points and they disappeared.
There is no contact number for the counseling center, so I inquired via email, and they said they would lift the suspension, but the error continues.
When I inquired again, they said they would give the same answer without any mistakes, but there's another error.
I asked the third time and received the same answer again.
The points are being lost as they are, and I keep wasting time trying various things without proper handling, just copying and pasting responses. I don't understand why customer service handles things this way. I'm also exhausted from making inquiries.
