As I have gotten older, I have been consistently walking 10,000 steps every day for health reasons for several years now. As a result, my health and physical strength have really improved. In the past, I had poor physical condition and would get sick even with a little overexertion, but now I have no such issues at all. My personal health management method is to go out and walk 10,000 steps immediately after waking up every morning, regardless of rain or snow. If I don't walk those 10,000 steps, I feel like I haven't done my homework. As a result, I naturally lose weight and it seems good for my health. Of course, I do not engage in extreme dieting; I control my weight through diet adjustments and exercise, and I take good care of my health.
