These days, Choi Hwajeong's spinach pizza is really popular~ Have you tried it???
I don't particularly like the distinctive aroma of spinach, so I tried making it using arugula.
It is so, so refreshing and delicious.
First ingredients: tortilla, bacon, arugula or spinach, tomato, onion, Parmesan cheese, Greek yogurt, oligosaccharide, olive oil
Since I wrote the post after already cooking, there are no photos of the ingredient process at all. I just quickly grabbed the ingredient photos that someone else uploaded~~~ Actually, some ingredients are... haha, since they are ingredients that everyone can easily recognize just by reading~~
First, soak the onions in cold water to reduce their spiciness, then finely chop the tomatoes and onions.
You can cut it into your desired texture size.
Cut the bacon into appropriate sizes and lightly fry them in a frying pan.

Ms. Choi Hwajeong mixed some mayonnaise into Greek yogurt~~ but I removed it because I don't like mayonnaise.
Just add a little oligosaccharide to Greek yogurt to give it a touch of sweetness~!!!
