신경 쓸 일이 많으면 편두통이 생기더라구요 마음을 편히 가지는것도 중요한것 같아요
My personal method for relieving headaches is simple.
When I was in my teens, it was almost nonexistent, maybe about three times a year at most, but as I got older, the frequency gradually increased. At first, I wondered if it was due to excessive sodium intake, so I tried reducing my sodium intake. I also thought it might be a sleep problem, so I adjusted my sleep position and even tried stretching before bed, but nothing changed. Especially, the pain was more intense the day after menstruation or after experiencing excessive stress. So, I reluctantly accept it as a somewhat frequent, persistent nuisance. I've even woken up in the middle of sleep due to a migraine.
As a result, I thought of a few tricks: when you have a headache, drinking cold water can make the pain worse, so it's better to drink water at room temperature. Also, if you gently press the sideburn area on both sides of your head with your palm while keeping your eyes open, the pain tends to subside. Nevertheless, when the pain is severe, I just take medicine. I keep Tylenol on hand and take it when needed.
