Blood sugar management methods

I think I am diligently managing my blood sugar levels, so I want to write a few words about it.

Not only my parents but also my siblings are currently ill and taking medication, so I am paying even more careful attention to their care.

 

The way I manage it is

First of all, managing obesity is really not easy.

I like eating, so I've gained weight, and my fasting blood sugar has also risen, and I realize this could become a big problem.

First, I start by walking 20 to 30 minutes after a meal. After walking for about 30 to 40 minutes, I begin managing my belly fat, doing so only to an extent that doesn't cause strain.

It takes an average of about 14,000 steps in total per day.

 

I try to eat as little carbohydrates as possible during meals.

So I fill the rice bowl about halfway with a small portion, mainly vegetables, and eat it lightly seasoned.

I also think that eating too salty is related to blood sugar.

I think the health supplement that is said to be good for blood sugar levels is effective.
