Therefore, the optimal time for exercise is 30 minutes to 1 hour after a meal๐Ÿ‘€ As the old saying goes, "If you've eaten, move," and it seems that this saying is actually true.

So, as you can see in the picture above, even if you can't do much, starting to walk within 20 minutes after a meal and walking for at least 10 minutes can greatly help in controlling blood sugar levels.

I also hear that walking within 10 minutes is the best, so when I don't have much time, I quickly go out and even go up and down the stairs, haha.

The faster you walk, the more it helps prevent diabetes. Walking at a speed of over 6.4 km/h can reduce the risk of diabetes by 39%, which is really amazing.
