2️⃣ Water

Additionally, the proteins found in salmon contain essential amino acids necessary for maintaining focus and sharpness in the brain.

According to a study, students who ate bananas before the exam scored significantly better than those who did not. Bananas are rich in potassium, a mineral essential for activating brain and heart functions.

 

7️⃣ Spinach

 

Spinach is known as a 'brain food.' The reason is that spinach is rich in nutrients such as lutein, folate, and beta-carotene, which help prevent dementia. Neurologists recommend eating spinach at least three times a week.

 

8️⃣ Nuts

 

Rich in antioxidant vitamin E. According to research, it helps with age-related cognitive decline. Pairing a piece of dark chocolate with low sugar content can enhance the antioxidant effect.
