I often have eye pain and redness, but I don't know the reason.

Recently, my eyes often hurt and become bloodshot. Sometimes they swell as well. I don't know if this is a health problem or just an eye issue. The symptoms worsen when I overwork. However, I'm not sure if my body fatigue is affecting my eyes or if the frequent use of computers and smartphones is directly impacting my eyes. Since I frequently experience eye pain and severe redness, wouldn't it be better to see an ophthalmologist?
