크리스탈눈영양제는 루테인이죠. 먹음 다른것같긴해요
소영저는 안국건강에서 나오는 루테인.지아잔틴 먹고 있어요 알약 크기가 작아서 먹기 부담없네요
라라리아무래도 루테인이 대표적인 영양제가 아닐까 싶네요~~
요즘눈에 좋다고 저는 루테인 먹고 있는데 비오틴도도 효과 있을까요? 요즘 비오틴 많이 드시던데 궁금해요
