I was crying heavily and feeling cold, so I went to the ophthalmology clinic and received prescriptions for two eye dryness medications.
One was artificial tear drops to be used three times a day, and the other was to be used before bed.
I was told to visit again in a week, so I went, and although I improved a little, the amount of tears decreased but still flowed, and although the burning sensation improved a lot, I also blocked the tear duct because of the tears.
The tears that were flowing constantly after blocking the tear duct have stopped, but I am curious about how long I need to keep the tear duct blocked, and whether tears will come back if I remove the blockage.
