Cover the eyes with the palms rubbed until it warms up.
Still, try to maintain it for 1-2 minutes and exhale slowly.
Open your eyes and fix your gaze straight ahead.
Perform for 3-5 minutes while drawing the infinity symbol (a sideways figure-eight) in the air with your nose.
Try moving only the pupils five times in each direction: up, down, left, right, and clockwise.
