As I get older, I realize how important eye health is. Recently, I've been experiencing sudden glare and sometimes a noticeable decline in my vision. I do spend a lot of time on the computer for work, but my lifestyle hasn't changed significantly. I'm also worried because my eyes sometimes feel sore. Would something like lutein be effective? Is there a better method?
