External stimuli such as pollution and various stresses, as well as modern habits that tire the eyes, such as driving, reading, watching TV, and using computers, are all part of this environment.   1. Maintain indoor temperature at 18°C and indoor humidity at around 60%.
  2. Ventilation more than three times a day
  3. Make sure the heater's airflow does not directly hit your eyes.
  4. Take a 10-minute break to rest your eyes every 50 minutes while using the computer.
  5. Reduce contact lens wear and wear glasses.
  6. Ensure adequate hydration, and when your eyes feel dry and tired, perform steam towel massage.
