아무래도 병원을 한번 가보시는게 좋을거 같아요. 저도 눈떨림이 있어서 마그네슘이랑 철분제 챙겨먹었더니 좋아졌거든요. 10분이상 지속되고 자주 눈떨림이 나타나는거 보니 병원가셔서 진료를 받으셔야하지 않을까싶네요.

It wasn't like this when I was young, but in the past year, the twitching under my eyes has suddenly worsened, and about six months ago, it became more pronounced.
I get so nervous when talking to others that it becomes a concern, ugh. So, a few months ago, I heard magnesium is good.
I'm also taking Dr. Best Magnesium, and while it helps a lot, I still experience trembling for almost 10 minutes when I drink alcohol or feel tired.
I'm considering whether I should visit neurology. Even though I eat a lot of salads and vegetables for health management.
If anyone is experiencing under-eye twitching, please kindly recommend any management methods other than magnesium.
