온찜질도 수시로 해주면 확실히 좋더라구요
(Question) What do you do when your eyes are dry? Saline solution? Eye drops? Do you use them?
I started wearing glasses in sixth grade because my eyesight worsened in elementary school.
I was afraid to put something in my eye, so I couldn't wear contact lenses...
For some reason, after passing my mid-20s, I only wore contact lenses on weekends when I went out for fun.
I usually wear glasses when I work.
In my late twenties, I had intra LASIK surgery together with my younger sister.
Since I don't wear contact lenses frequently, my cornea is thick, and they told me that I might be able to have another surgery later.
It's been almost 20 years now, and my vision is still around 0.9.
I often sit in front of a computer due to my job.
Maybe that's why my eyes are definitely dry..
They still give me some rest and loosen up a bit...
I think it might be better to protect it a bit by using saline solution or eye drops.
It's still okay for now...
When I see seniors around me in their late 40s experiencing presbyopia...
I'm worried it might not be someone else's problem... If I keep my eyes from drying out and take care of them, will presbyopia come later?
I also thought about that, haha.
How do you manage dry eyes?
There is also a pressure point technique said to be good for dry eyes... but it seems that pressure point therapy alone is not enough.
Chanjukhyeol is the hollow point at the inner end of the head and eyebrows.
Pressing here helps promote the flow of qi and blood around the eyes, relieving eye fatigue.
It helps relieve eye dryness and discomfort.
Seung-euphyeol is a point located vertically below the pupil, between the eye and the lower corner of the eye socket.
Clicking here is said to help with various eye symptoms such as dry eyes, keratitis, and eyelid twitching.
Sajukgonghyeol is an acupoint located at the hollowed area at the outer end of the eyebrow.
Pressing here is said to be effective in relieving eye fatigue and reducing dry eyes.
For now... with my eyes feeling dry and gritty...
I need to stop the bleeding... Oh dear...
