A story about visiting the hospital due to stye symptoms
This is a story about visiting the hospital due to symptoms of a stye.
And I will also talk about the symptoms that appear when a stye occurs!
And I will recommend methods for managing styes and eye drops.
I usually tend to get styes easily.
There are symptoms that can be felt when a stye occurs.
When I feel like I have a stye, I first get the sensation that there is something foreign in my eye.
But generally, the feeling is different from when dust or something gets into your eyebrows.
I feel uncomfortable as if something has developed on my eyelid.
Then, without fail, a stye is forming on my eyelid...
I go to the hospital immediately when I feel foreign body sensation, without waiting for a stye to grow larger.
If you go to the hospital early, you can quickly get rid of a stye with the prescribed eye drops!
Hospital treatment is simple; it's not a special procedure. I just checked the condition of the stye, received eye drops, and did warm compresses.
Warm compresses are better than cold compresses for styes!
And the eye drops are prescribed as two bottles, to be administered one drop at a time at five-minute intervals.
Even if the stye seems to have healed, continue applying eye drops for another day or two to prevent recurrence.
I use the prescribed eye drops like this to treat styes early and prevent them from getting larger.
If it's a very small stye, it can heal completely with eye drops in 2 to 3 days.
I managed and eliminated the stye that way!
I'm not sure what the difference is between eye drops purchased over the counter and those prescribed by a doctor, but since hospital treatment costs are not too expensive, I think it's better to visit the hospital and get a prescription.
And if you consistently apply warm compresses, you can recover even faster!
