정보 감사합니다 저도 시력이 나빠져서 걱정이 많은데 함 도전 해 봐야겠네요
My daughter's vision was 1.0/1.2. During the winter vacation of third grade in elementary school, her vision suddenly deteriorated. I remember sending her on errands at home and scolding her when she spilled water from a cup...; she said it was because she couldn't see wellㅠ At that time, I didn't realize her vision had declinedㅠ When she entered fourth grade, she immediately got glasses (0.6/0.8). Since then, her vision continued to decline to 0.4/0.5. Then, when my daughter was in second year of middle school, I started giving her blueberries, which are said to be good for the eyes (frozen in winter). From June, every morning, I blended yogurt, a little water, apples, tomatoes & cherry tomatoes, bananas, nuts, and blueberries for the family to eat, and in the evening, I told her to eat a spoonful of blueberries mixed in yogurt. We ate seasonal fruits, nuts, and blueberries every day without fail, morning and evening. One day in the second semester, my daughter went out without her glasses, so I asked her, and she said she could see well during normal activities and only wore glasses during school lessons to see the text. I was so happy and hugged her for not telling me earlier!^^ Then, when she entered third year of middle school, her vision recovered, and she no longer needed glasses! Now in her twenties, her vision is 0.8/1.0, and she only wears glasses when it's uncomfortable due to astigmatism. Compared to her previous vision of 0.4/0.5, I am truly grateful. The ophthalmologist also said that such improvement is rare... "You could write a book, ma'am," they said. By the way, a doctor on TV mentioned that freezing blueberries makes their nutrients even better! Since she is a growing child, perhaps it contributed to her success?... It can help adults too. Every day is important. I hope reading my story has been helpful to you all.
