맞아요 블루라이트라고 핸드폰이나 텔레비젼 등에서 나오는 광선으로 눈이 피로하게 되면 눈에도 문제가 있지만 깊은 수면을 이루는 데도 안좋다고 해요~~ 하지만 이래놓고 자기 직전까지 핸드폰 들고 있는 1인이죠;;;

Here are some tips for eye health.
Actually, it's a bit of a stretch to call it a tip, but I try not to look at my phone screen as much as possible.
I am trying to only see it when it is truly necessary.
And from 6 PM to 6 AM, the screen mode is set to Night Shift mode.
I adjust the screen to warm colors as much as possible to reduce eye strain!
Then your eyes will feel more comfortable and it will help with sleep.^^
